Four Phases of the Outdoor Programme

Foundation Phase

Two weeks of short, local outdoor sessions focusing on establishing a baseline routine. Activities include neighbourhood walks, park visits, and introductory breathing exercises in open spaces.

Expansion Phase

Introduction to varied terrain including gentle hillside paths and lakeside trails. Sessions extend to sixty minutes with added sensory awareness components and nature journaling.

Integration Phase

Participants combine multiple practice types into weekly schedules they design with guidance. Emphasis shifts toward self-directed activity with periodic mentor check-ins.

Sustainability Phase

Long-term planning including seasonal adjustments, community resource connections, and strategies for maintaining outdoor engagement during busy periods.

A community challenge encouraging daily outdoor contact for at least fifteen minutes. Participants log activities through a shared platform and receive weekly resource tips.

Quarterly one-week intensive focusing on adapting routines to upcoming seasonal changes. Includes group walks, indoor planning sessions, and gear review workshops.

Year of Outdoor Presence

An annual programme with monthly themes and progressive difficulty options. Designed for individuals committed to long-term nature engagement as part of their lifestyle.

Consulting for Individual Outdoor Plans

One-on-one consulting sessions allow us to understand your current routine, outdoor access, and personal interests. We then develop a written plan with specific activities, suggested frequency, and resource recommendations.

Plans remain non-clinical documents focused on lifestyle and recreational activity. We do not assess, diagnose, or treat any condition during these sessions.

What We Do Not Provide
